Ingredients of BBQ Chicken Tikka

  1. Chicken: ½ kg, boneless, cut into small cubes. 
  2. Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
  3. Black peppercorns: 5-6 
  4. Whole red chilies: 2
  5. Vinegar: 1tbsp
  6. Tikka Masala: 1 tbsp
  7. Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  8. Black pepper powder: ¾tsp
  9. Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  10. Salt:  as required
  11. Cumin powder: 1tsp 
  12. Coal: for BBQ
  13. Oil: as required for brushing

Steps

  1. Take a bowl and mix all spices along with lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste, apply this mixture to the cubed chicken and marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Tip: For marination place the chicken in the refrigerator so that the chicken will remain juicy and soft.
  3. Put the chicken pieces on skewers and brush them with little oil.
  4. Burn the charcoal to red and grill or BBQ the skewers on that turning the sides again n again.
  5. The pleasant aroma is waking up an appetite, so serve the Tikka.
