Ingredients

  1.  Whole grain rice: 1 kg (soak well)
  2. Beef: 1 kg (boneless/boiled and tenderized well)
  3.  Onion: 3-4 medium (thinly sliced)
  4. Oil: ½ cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
  6. Tomatoes:  4-5 mediums (chopped)
  7. Orange food color: ¼ tsp
  8. Potatoes: ½ kg (boiled and peeled)
  9. Salt: as required
  10. Chili powder: 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
  12. Hot spices powder: 1 tsp
  13. cardamom pod:2,
  14.  green cardamom:2,
  15. cumin and coriander seeds: 1tsp,
  16. cloves and black pepper corns:1tsp
  17. bay leaf: 2 mediums
  18. cinnamon stick: 2 inches
  19. lemon juice: 4 tbsp
  20. dried plums: 4-5
  21. coriander leaves: chopped
  22. mint leaves: chopped
  23. green chilies: 3-4
  24. yogurt: 1 cup

step 1:

Heat oil in a skillet or pan, and fry the onion until they turn finely brown in color.

Step2

Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste to it and fry for a while. It gives a nice aroma of ginger-garlic.

Now add medium chopped fresh tomatoes and cook covered with a lid on medium flame till the tomatoes are transformed to paste.

Add 1kg of boiled and tenderized beef to it and fry for five minutes.

Yes, this step is to add flavors to our biryani, which means we r going to add spices now.

Add salt, biryani masala powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, hot spices powder, all whole spices, plums, and yogurt, and fry till the mixture is smooth and the oil separates on medium flame.

Now add lemon juice, it will give our biriani a little sour and spicy taste.

Add boiled potato cubes and Keep on frying until oil separates from the mixture then add some green chilies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves then turn the flame off.

On the other side boil 3 cups of basmati rice with the required amount of salt till 80 percent done, drain them and follow these steps:

  • Grease a pot with some oil and spread a layer of boiled rice in it.
  • then spread the prepared beef masala on the layer.
  • spread a layer of spicy meat cooked on it. Repeat the procedure once again.
  • Sprinkle over food color, little chili flakes, lemon wedges, coriander and mint leaves, and some chopped tomatoes.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step9

your delicious Lamb biriani is ready to serve now.
