So, let’s start our recipe…

Get prepared…

Turn on the stove and put a skillet on it…

Start following the steps….

  1. Fry the sliced onion in oil until they turn brown. The brown onion will look somehow like this, pretty golden in color and a little crispy:
  2. In the brown onion now add ginger garlic paste and fry a little to make it aromatic. Some people use ginger powder and garlic powder instead of the paste. If you don’t have a paste, you can use powders as well.
  3. Add the chicken and fry it until it turns light brown in color. It will bring nice color to your curry.
  4. Now, this is my favorite step, it turns to add tomatoes and add all the spices to the chicken. Make sure to add a quantity of all spices respective to the mentioned quantities above.
  5. Cover your skillet with a lid and cook on medium-low flame for 5 to 8 minutes to make sure the chicken is tenderized.
  6. Now it turns out to enjoy the nice aroma of the korma. Add yogurt and fry well until oil separates. It smells so good and looks mouthwatering when the chicken is being cooked in aromatic spices.
  7. Add 2 cups of water and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes. To make a nice gravy.

Garnish with coriander and serve with chapati or naan…
