Special beef karahi is one of the most famous food recipes in the sub-continent. People use to serve it on different occasions like Eid ul Adha, Eid ul fitter, wedding functions, ceremonies, different parties, and gatherings. There is a huge collection of karahis being cooked and served in the daily routine. The specialty of this karahi is that it becomes ready in a very short time and its taste is really very delicious.  Its ingredients and recipe are not very hard or difficult but you will find its ingredients most common and recipes very easy. This karahi is not having curry It contains only a thick and spicy masala gravy which seems delightful.

  1. Beef: 1kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
  3. Oil: ½ cup
  4. Special karahi masala: 2 tbsp
  5. Yogurt: 1 cup
  6. Whole spices: 1tsp
  7. Hot spices powder: 1tsp
  8. Salt: as required
  9. Red chili powder: 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
  11. Ginger strips: 10-12
  12. Coriander leaves: chopped
  13. Crushed cumin: ½ tsp
  14. Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  15. Green chilies: 4-5

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add washed and drained beef to it and fry for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and 2 cups of water to it.
  4. Cook on medium-low heat until beef is tenderized well.
  5. Now uncover the skillet and dry all of its water.
  6. Add yogurt and all the remaining spices and fry well for 10 minutes, as the oil separates and masala becomes thick and red in color.
  7. Now garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies along with the ginger strips.
  8. Serve hot and delicious special masala beef karahi with chapati or naan.
