Let’s have a look at the healthy ingredients:
- Thick yogurt: 2 cups
- Sugar: 4 tbsp
- Salt: 1 pinch
- Ice cubes: as required
- Mint leaves: 3-4
- Milk: 1 cup
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender.
- Add 1/2 cup water and blend for a while.
- Don’t blend too much otherwise fat present in the yogurt becomes buttery.
- Add ice cubes and serve the cool yummy drink.
